I know there are a million out there, but if someone has a favorite and a favorite place to buy it, I'd like the tip.

I'd want one tough enough to stand the wind while the bike is being towed on a trailer if such a beast exists.
Thanks

Seems like a cover on a bike thats going down the road would do more harm than good. I dont know how you could ever get one on tight enough so as not to be whipping around and chaffing up the paint.

Yes its called an enclosed trailer. Available at Home Depot or your neighborhood trailer yard. Starting at $1200.
Fabric covers WONT hold up to winds and will do more damage than good as DS stated

Entropy you really are better off leaving it uncover for a trip on a trailer. Anything you put on it will flap around somewhere. Or buy the trailer of course.

Did any of you guys (or gal) try Geza covers. I'm happy with the ones I have for my bikes.

OK, before I get flamed for posting a dead link (their site is down at the moment) you could try calling them at 703-934-5453. They give great phone and their service and response time are excellent.

This suggestion may not be what you want, but I don't think you would mind being stuck with a BikeBarn. http://www.thebikebarn.net/

It's a hoop and coated-canvas affair; you would want to bolt it down to the trailer. I have one sheltering my bike, it was an alternative to a self-store unit. The directions were infuriating, but the result was worth the effort.

The standard size fits fine.

It has a vent flap on each side. You may be able to just recognize it, at the peak of the ribs. You can raise it, and hold it up with a Velcro tab.

Yes...a trailer is a good investment. This one hauls cars too.

I guess I should have paid better attention to the previous posts (looking to tow). WARBIRD, is that a Logan trailer?
